Please note that the chanting in each of these meditations will be both in English and the language in which the meditation is being conducted.

Format of evening long meditation on Wednesdays:

The long meditation will begin with group practice of the Energization Exercises, followed by an opening prayer, inspirational readings, devotional chanting, and two periods of silent meditation lasting about 30-50 minutes. The meditation will conclude with the practice of Paramahansa Yogananda’s healing technique and a closing prayer.

Please note that these online meditations will not be conducted on the days when special monastic-led programmes are being held.
